The Toolbar buttons can be used to perform the following operations:
1
Updates the Modified Date to the Received Date for checked messages in the current folder
2
Updates the Modified Date to the Sent Date for checked messages in the current folder
3
Updates the Modified Date to the User Defined Date for checked messages in the current folder
4
Places a checkmark in the checkboxes of all messages displayed in the message list
5
Places a checkmark in the checkboxes of all selected messages in the displayed message list
6
Unchecks the checkboxes of all messages in the message list
7
Unchecks the checkboxes of all selected messages in the displayed folder
8
Inverts the selection (checks all unchecked boxes and unchecks all checked boxes)
9
Deletes all checked messages in the displayed message list
10
Opens the Help file (which you are now reading)
Remember that the toolbar buttons will not perform global modifications but will only modify the messages displayed in the Message List. To change the Modified Date of all messages in more than one folder use the Modify Message(s) button in the Modify Messages Area; to delete all messages in more than one folder, use the Delete Message(s) button in the Delete Messages Area.
